Fun at Krispy Kreme

On MLK Day, we went to have lunch with Daddy, McKay's and Krispy Kreme. We LOVE the hats!!!!

Covenant Kids Marathon Begins!!!

Saturday the Covenant Kids Marathon began at the Zoo. The kids will all run 25 miles between now and the Knoxville Marathon. Then we will all do the last mile together as a group. Kaitlin did it last year, and this year Kaitlin and Jackson are both doing it. Kaitlin was cheering on Saturday, so she had to miss the Zoo beginning of the race. Here is Jackson at the end of the mile and playing around at the Zoo too! Would love to have all our friends join us!!!!

Well I have to let you know that this was a great week of savings for me. I bought $85.oo in groceries, and I paid only 72 cents!!!!! I must confess that a lot of my savings came from the pharmacy coupon - one being the $30 K-mart coupon - that Kroger happily accepted!!! Good luck to you!

One event that is happening in Kroger is the SCORE MEGA SAVINGS. This will probably go on for the next few weeks. It is in preparation for the Super Bowl, and the products included are Super Bowl type foods. If you buy 10 participating items, you get $5 off on top of your total grocery order. Hint - I bought Kraft cheese, Pace Salsa and Picante Sauce, and Goldfish. All items in this are on sale too!
