They have just come out with the change out on their rebate program, so if you go in grab a copy of the New Easy Saver Catalog. I am still going through all the deals, so stay tuned for more information. The coupons that you cut out (windex, bam, colgate) will help you with their sale and rebates. There are 6 free offers. The goal is to get a Manufacturer's coupon for the Free products, so they will actually pay you to buy the product. I believe that you can do that this week with Colgate and Bam. Also Walgreen's has a big rebate program. Usually when you hear rebate you think that there is a lot of trouble to getting the rebate redeemed. Walgreen's has started a new program that they are testing in TN and a few other states. You can redeem the rebates on-line and you don't have to manually send it in, which is a lot easier.

Ringling Brothers at the Library

The circus came to the library. Jackson was extremely interested, but very hesistant. Here he has finally warmed up enough to at least try to give a "five."

This was the amazing part, the show was over. Jackson found this Sports book and he literally took off running. He had to show it to the clowns. Of course, they were amazed with the book and Jackson was quite proud of himself.

A Sunny Zoo Day in the Winter

We had an amazing sunny weekend in Knoxville last weekend, so we took advantage of it by visiting the zoo.

Train Play Dates

For the past few months, Jackson and I have been attending a Train Play Date once a month with a few friends at a local toy store. They serve him a snack, so it is a winner! Kaitlin was able to attend with us one month because she was out of school. Here are a few shots from the fun!

Just a little note, people are always asking me how to save. Well the simpliest thing you can do is open your eyes when shopping and actually look at the prices - case in point - take my experience today. I needed to buy Smucker's Concord Grape Jam. The small size (18oz.) was on sale at 2 for $4. The regular price was $2.19. It would seem that I would just buy this one -espcially since it was on sale. NO NO NO!!!! The 32 oz. (almost double the size) had a regular price of $1.99. It wasn't even on sale.

I know you are thinking - this is just a mistake! It happens ALL the time. I laugh in the cereal aisle at how many times it happens. You will laugh too when you see how many times it happens in the store! You won't believe where you used to lose money, but just be glad that you are now saving!!!!

Sprout Studio - A Dream Day!!!!!

One of the best things about Knoxille is the wonderful Mom's Group that I am blessed to be a part of. This week we went to Sprout Studio. Jackson and I were there all morning, and we were having so much fun that when Kaitlin got out of school, we went back with her! Kaitlin call's Sprout the "Super Duper Place" and Jackson refers to it as "the Fun Place!"
