Kroger is having a Frozen Food Special for a few weeks. It is labeled with special tags. It is not in the flyer, so I am not exact on the details. The details are on the yellow tags with the in-store products. It is something like - Buy 4 products - get $4 off total purchase. If you use your coupons, no telling how much you can get free! Fun!

Perdue Fresh Boneless, Skinless Breast - $1.99 a pound (typically Perdue also prints a coupon for 55 cents off)

They have just come out with the change out on their rebate program, so if you go in grab a copy of the New Easy Saver Catalog. I am still going through all the deals, so stay tuned for more information. The coupons that you cut out (windex, bam, colgate) will help you with their sale and rebates. There are 6 free offers. The goal is to get a Manufacturer's coupon for the Free products, so they will actually pay you to buy the product. I believe that you can do that this week with Colgate and Bam. The following are not part of the rebate program, they are just sales.
